We are opening an American-influenced restaurant in Hällingsjö in the spring of 2027. This means authentic BBQ (fire + smoke), delicious burgers, and other food culture inspired by the American South. We will, of course, have full liquor service, which also means a pleasant bar with craft beer, wine, and sparkling wine.
We are currently renovating the 200-year-old barn, which will house the restaurant's operations. This will offer a unique rural setting where we have tried to preserve as much as possible.
